장애아전담보육시설 교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스와의 관계

The Relations Between awareness of professionalism and job stress of teachers at child care center for children with special needs

본 연구의 목적은 장애아전담보육시설에서 근무하는 교사들의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스의 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대구광역시에 소재한 사회복지법인 장애아전담보육시설에서 근무하는 교사 110명의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스 양상을 파악하고, 나아가 직무스트레스에 영향을 주는 전문성 인식 요인과 그 영향력을 분석하였다. 결과, 첫째, 장애아전담보육시설 교사들의 전문성 인식 수준은 보통 이상이었다. 전문성 인식 정도는 교사의 연령, 학력수준, 평균보수, 결혼여부에 따라 차이를 보였는데 30세 이상, 4년제 대학 졸업 이상, 기혼여성, 평균보수 140만원 이상 교사의 전문성 인식 수준이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 장애아 전담보육시설 교사들의 직무스트레스 수준은 보통보다 다소 낮은 수준이었다. 직무스트레스 정도는 교사의 근무경력, 근무 시간에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였는데 근무경력이 1-5년 미만의 교사, 11시간 이상의 장시간 근무하는 교사의 직무스트레스가 가장 높았다. 셋째, 장애아전담보육시설 교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스는 유의미한 부적상관이 있었으며 교사의 전문성 인식은 직무스트레스에 영향을 주고 있었다. 전문성 인식의 하위요인 중 사회․경제적 지위에 대한 인식 수준과 전문적 지식과 기술의 인식 정도의 순으로 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study is to analyze the relations Between awareness of professionalism and job stress of teachers at child care center for children with special needs. To this purpose, the level of awareness of professionalism and job stress of teachers at child care center for children with special needs and the influence of teacher's awareness of professionalism on job stress in 110 teachers working in the social welfare corporation, child care center for children with special needs located in Daegu, were analyzed. The result is as follows. First, the level of awareness of professionalism of teachers at child care center for children with special needs was more than moderate. The awareness of professionalism of teachers showed difference due to teacher's age, schooling, average remuneration, marital status. Specifically, teacher's awareness of professionalism was highest in the case of age over 30 years old, schooling over graduate from 4-year university, married women and average remuneration over \1,400,000. Second, the level of job stress of teachers at child care center for children with special needs was little lower than moderate. And job stress showed statistically significant difference depending on teacher's job career, working hours. Job stress was highest in the teacher with work career in 1-5 years and teachers working long time over 11 hours. Third, teacher at child care center for children with special needs showed significant negative correlation with awareness of professionalism and job stress. The teacher's awareness of professionalism affected job stress. In the lower factor of awareness of professionalism, it was found that job stress was significantly affected in the order of level of awareness of social and economic position, awareness of professional knowledge and technology.
