초등학교 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스, 교사효능감과의 관계

A Study on the Relationship Between Professionalism, Job-Stress, & Teaching Efficacy of Teachers at Special Class of Elementary School

본 연구는 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식이 그들의 직무만족도, 의욕소진에 미치는 영향과 그 관계의 정도를 알아보고자 하였다. 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식을 특수교육 공통지식, 해당 장애별 교육기초, 교과지도, 생활지도 및 부모교육, 특별활동지도, 교직적성 및 인성, 행정업무처리능력 등의 7가지 영역을 중심으로 하여 직무스트레스와 교수효능감의 두 하위 범주 즉, 일반적 교수효능감, 개인적 교수효능감과의 관계와 영향력 등을 분석하였다. 측정도구로는 교사의 전문능력 인식 평가 질문지, 직무스트레스 요인 질문지, 교수효능감 척도 등이 적용되었다. 본 연구는 334명의 초등학교 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 측정도구를 활용하여 그들의 전문성 인식, 직무스트레스, 교수효능감을 측정하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용해서 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과, 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 전문성인식은 그들의 직무스트레스와 교사효능감에 많은 영향을 주며 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관이 있지만 전문성 인식과 교수효능감의 두 하위 범주에는 정적 상관관계가 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

This study was designed to investigate the relationship between professionalism, and job-stress, teaching efficacy that is teachers at special class of elementary school. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects between professionalism, and job-stress, teaching efficacy about teachers at special class of elementary school. The subject of this study were 334 teachers from the special class of elementary school who included Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, Kyungnam, Kyungbuk. Data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed by Pearson`s correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis. This major findings of this study were as follow. First, professionalism of teachers at special class of elementary school showed the negative relationship with their job-stress and had significant effects on those. Second, professionalism of teachers at special class of elementary school showed the positive relationship with their general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy. And it had a strong influence on those. Based on the results, it is considerable to develop teacher education programs for professionalism and job-stress, teaching efficacy in their teaching. In addition, it is necessary to develop proper research methods for professionalism and job-stress, teaching efficacy that is teachers at special class of elementary school.
