Q방법을 통한 초등학교 통합학급교사의 장애학생부모에 대한 이미지 유형 분석

본 연구는 Q-방법을 통해서 초등학교 통합학급교사의 장애학생부모에 대한 이미지의 유형을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토 및 초등 통합학급교사 100인의 서면 조사를 참고 Q-모집단을 선정하였다. 그리고 단순무작위표집절차에 따라 40개의 진술문을 Q-표본으로 선정한 후 P광역시에 근무하는 초등학교 통합학급교사 30명을 대상으로 장애학생부모에 대해 인식하고 있는 이미지를 바탕으로 Q-카드 분포도를 작성하도록 하였다. 그리고 난 후 자료 분석은 QUANL pc program을 이용하여 처리하였으며, Q-요인 분석은 주요인 분석을 하였다. 연구의 결과는 통합학급교사의 장애학생부모에 대한 이미지로 긍정적 협력형, 비협조적 실리형, 교사 및 학교 의존형, 참여노력형, 헌신적 지원형의 5가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과는 초등학교 장애아동을 위한 가족지원 프로그램 개발 또는 학부모와의 상담에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analysis the image that was made by teacher in inclusive class about parent of student with disabilities. For this study, Q-methodology was used. This method is useful for analyzing subjectivity like as human value, attitude, belief and image. Q-population of this study was collected from a literature research and investigation by 100 teachers of inclusive class in the elementary school. The 40 unites of the Q-sample were collected by simple random sampling. And P-sample as subjects of the study was collected from 30 elementary school teachers in P metropolitan city. They were ordered to sort Q-cards on the normal distribution curve. And then, they put Q-cards on the positive or negative cell position of normal distribution curve. A date was analyzed using QUANL pc program. As a result of the research, as follows the image about parent of student with disabilities by teacher in inclusive class was classified as 5 sub types; The 5types were positively cooperative type, noncooperatively practical type, dependency on teacher or school type, efforts and participating type, self-sacrificing supporting type.
