파워카드 전략을 사용한 스트레스 표현 행동 중재가 아스퍼거 장애 아동과 어머니와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례 연구

A Case Study on Interaction between a Child with Asperger Disorder and His Mother Using Power Card Strategy on the Stress Expression Behavior

파워카드 전략을 사용한 스트레스 표현행동 중재가 아스퍼거 장애 아동과 어머니와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 연구 대상 아동은 스트레스 표현 행동을 습득하고 스트레스 상황에서 적절하게 스트레스 표현행동을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고, 어머니와의 대화에서 사용하는 문장 길이가 길어지게 되었고 다양한 어휘를 사용하였고 다양한 주제에 대해 어머니와 말할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 결과는 파워카드의 장점, 아스퍼거 장애 아동의 언어 특성, 그리고 중재 과정 요인으로 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Power Card Strategy on the interaction between a child with Asperger Disorder and his mother. The subject participated in this study was thirteen-year child with Asperger disorder enrolled in elementary school. The subject has been trained with Power Card Strategy for three weeks. Data were taken and analyzed from the interview with his mother and the recordings during the interaction between the subject and his mother at home. As the result, we found that Power Card Strategy was effective on acquisition and generalization of stress expression behavior. Also, Power Card Strategy had significant influence on the length of utterance and the usage of various theme.
