Grandparents' Support Trait Study Perceived by Parents of Children with Physical Disability

본 연구에서는 우리나라 지체부자유아 부모에 대한 조부모 지원 척도를 개발하고, 이 척도를 통하여 부모가 지각하는 조부모 지원 경향 및 특성을 살펴보았다. 먼저 지체부자유아 부모에 대한 조부모의 지원 척도를 개발하였는데, 선행연구를 통한 개념 구성과 기존의 척도를 근거로 문항을 작성하여 전문가 집단에 의한 내용타당도를 확인하였고, 요인 분석을 통해 3요인 즉 심리․정서적 요인, 사회․경제적 요인, 신체적 요인이 추출되었다. 하위 요인 별 점수로 조부모의 지원경향을 살펴보았는데 사회․경제적 요인이 가장 지원이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 배경변인 별 지원 수준의 차이를 통해 그 특성을 살펴보았는데, 아동이 초등부일 때, 아동 부모의 월수입이 200만원 이상일 때, 조부모의 건강이 보통일 때, 조부모의 나이가 60대 이하일 때, 조부모와 동거할 때 조부모의 지원 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a rating scale for checking out the level of the support of grandparents of children with physical disability to check the trend the recogniged by parents First of all, made items based on related researches and the existing rating scales and then examined them with experts in this area to prove the content validity of the rating scale. 26 best item were selected for the grandparent's support scale with physical disability through preliminary examination. And it was proved to be the reliability through Cronbach α, which showed internal consistency reliability. And then for proving the validity of the instrument, exploratory factor analysis by the Principal Component Analysis and the Promax Rotation Method was used. As a result of analyzing factors, three factors for support rating scale were extracted, and they were social and economic support, psychological and emotional support, physical support Among the three factors, social and economic factor shows the lowest support With respect to the differences of background variables about grandparent's support showed meaningful differences according to the children's school age, parents' monthly income, grandparents' health, grandparents' age, live together grandparent or not.
