특수교육 교사 이미지에 대한 특수교육 전공 대학생의 주관성 연구

A Subjectivity Study on the Special Education Teacher Image of University Students Majoring Special Education

이 연구는 특수교육 전공 대학생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 알아보기 위해 주관성 연구방법(Q-방법론)에 의해 실시되었다. 분석대상은 경남에 거주하며 대학에서 특수교육을 전공하는 대학생 1학년과 2학년 생 41명이었으며, Q-방법론에 따라 특수교육 전공 대학생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 학생들의 주관적인 관점에서 이해하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 특수교육 전공 대학생 1학년과 2학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지는 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 세 유형 중 1유형이 특수교육 전공 대학생 1학년과 2학년생의 특수교육 교사에 대한 이미지를 가장 많이 설명하고 있었다. 제 1유형은 절대인성 소명적 직업인형, 제 2유형은 현실주의적 직능인형, 제 3유형은 인성중심 보편적 직업인형으로 구조화되고 명명되었다. 세 가지 유형이 가장 긍정한 진술문과 가장 부정한 진술문을 중심으로 각 유형별 특성을 제시하고, 선행연구와 비교하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural pattern on the special education teacher image of university students majoring special education. The Q-methodology was used for research because this method is useful for analyzing subjectivity like as individual value, attitude, belief and image. The Q-population of this study was 40 units got from previous study and P-sample was collected from freshman and sophomore majoring special education live in Gyeongnam province. The analyzing population were 41 that is, female 29 and male 12. As a result of analyze, special education teacher image of university students majoring special education were constituted in 3 types. The frist type was labeled the type of absolute humanity occupation focused a royal summons. They have image of special education teacher as a occupation having an unique summons. The second type was labeled the type of skilled occupation focused actualistic function. They have image of special education teacher as a occupation having professional skill. The third type was labeled the type of universal occupation based on humanity. They have image of special education teacher as one of a general occupation which it is not unique but just based on humanity .
