특수교육대상자의 졸업 후 지역사회 고용에 따른 진로·직업교육 개선방안

A Research on the Statue and Needs of Future Direction and Job Education for Special Education Institutes

이 연구의 목적은 장애학생의 진로ㆍ직업교육의 개선 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 16개 시도에서 추천받은 46명을 면담자로 구성하고, 재학생 및 졸업생이 취업하고 있는 기관의 고용주 및 동료를 대상으로 장애인의 고용관련 현황과 요구를 중심으로 직접 면담을 실시하였다. 면담 결과에 따른 진로ㆍ직업교육에 대한 개선 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교와 기업 간의 연계를 강화하고, 현장실습이 확대되어야 한다. 둘째, 직업평가를 통해 강점을 발굴하고, 이에 따른 개별화된 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 셋째, 현장의 추수지도를 위한 진로ㆍ직업교육 담당 교사의 배치가 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 고용업체의 평가에 의한 예산지원 및 지속적인 관심과 격려가 이루어져야 한다.

The purpose of this research is to estimate the statue and needs of future direction and job education for special education institutes. We used an interview survey as the general study method. In case of the interview survey, interviewers were 46 committee members selected from different disability fields and 16 cities and provinces. Interviewees were employers, co-workers, and the people with disabilities themselves. The results of interview survey were analyzed by frequency study and record method from the selected quotations. As a result of interview survey, First, We should reinforce relations between school and company and enlarge field job training. Second, we try to find a point of excellence through vocational evaluation, and then we should do IEP. Third, we need disposition and cultivation of future direction and job consulting experts, Forth, Base on the evaluation of employment business, continuous budget support and encouragement are needed.
