청각장애 유아 진단 직후 조기지원에 관한 내용 분석

A Review of Initial Support for Early Educational Counseling in Deaf Children under Three Years Old and Their Families

본 연구에서는 청각장애 유아의 초기 교육상담에 있어서 조기지원에 대한 모형제시를 위하여 신생아 청각선별검사에서 청각장애로 진단받은 직후 유아와 부모에 대한 조기지원, 교육기관에 대한 교육적 지원, 다학문적 팀에 의한 지원을 중심으로 내용분석 방법에 의해 국내외 문헌에 대한 연구를 실시하였다.그 결과, 신생아 청각선별검사에서 청각장애로 진단받은 직후의 유아와 부모에 관한 지원은 초기 상담의 중요성, 교육적 지원에 관한 부모와의 상담 및 유아와 부모의 관계형성에 관한 지원의 필요성, 다학문적 팀에 의한 지원에 관한 각 영역 간 조정의 필요성이 시사되었다.

This study examined about educational counseling in hearing-impaired children through domestic and international literatures centering on the support for children, who were diagnosed with hearing impairments, and for parents, on the educational support for educational institutions, and on the support for multidirectional sphere. As a result, the support for children right after being diagnosed with hearing impairments in newborn auditory screening, and for parents was raised the importance of early counseling. The educational support with parents was raised the necessity of support for the formation of relationship between children and parents. And, the support for multi-disciplinary was raised the necessity of adjustment between each in spheres.
