사회적 기술 향상 프로그램이 정신지체학생의 대안적 해결 사고력과 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Social Skill Training Program on the Alternative Solution Thinking Ability and Social Skill of Students with Mental Retardation.

본 연구는 사회적 기술 향상 프로그램을 사용하여 교수했을 때 정신지체학생의 대안적 해결 사고력과 사회적 기술 향상에 미치는 효과에 관해 알아보고자 하였다.본 연구에서는 특수학교에 재학 중인 고등부 4개 반 33명 중 연구의 목적과 부합되는 24명을 대상으로, 사회적 기술 향상 프로그램이 대안적 해결 사고력과 사회적 기술 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 사전-사후 실험을 통해 나타난 점수를 바탕으로 독립 표본 t검증을 실시하여 유의도를 분석하였다.그 결과 사회적 기술 향상 프로그램이 정신지체학생들의 대안적 해결 사고력 및 사회적 기술 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교육 현장에서 정신지체학생의 학습에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 사회적 기술 향상 프로그램의 활용 방안이 지속적으로 강구되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social skill training program on the alternative solution thinking ability and social skill of students with mental retardation(MR). For the purpose of this research, twenty-four children with MR were selected from S special school in Busan. The changes of the alternative solution thinking ability and social skill were investigated by comparing the results of pre-test and post-test. The conclusion from this study is as follows: First, social skill training program are effective in alternative solution thinking ability improvement of children with mental retardation. Second, social skill training program are effective in social skill improvement of children with mental retardation. Third, the degree of improvement on the alternative solution thinking ability and social skill of experimental group was significantly higher than of the control group.
