초등학교 특수학급 교사의 배경변인별 교사효능감 특성 연구

A Study on Teacher-Efficacy of Elementary School Special Class Teachers based on the background

교사효능감에 대한 관심과 특수교육 패러다임의 변화는 교사효능감과 특수교육 관련변인들과의 관계에 대한 연구들을 활성화시켰다. 그러나 우리나라의 특수교육에서 특수학급이 차지하는 양적인 중요성 그리고 특수학급 입급 학생들에 대한 특수교육 서비스의 제고를 위해서도 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감에 대한 연구가 수반되어야 한다. 이에, 본 연구는 초등학교 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감을 구체적으로 분석하기 위해 학력, 경력, 연령 등과 같은 교사 변인에 따른 교사효능감의 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다.전국 336명의 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 교사효능감검사지를 이용하여 교사효능감 특성을 연구한 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 초등학교 특수학급 교사들의 교사효능감은 중간을 조금 넘는 수준으로 연령이 증가할수록, 학력이 높을수록 교사효능감도 높다. 경력은 교사효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않으나 연령, 학력과의 상로작용효과에 따라서 차이가 나타난다. 교사효능감을 구성하고 있는 요인들 중 자신감 요인이 가장 높고 자기조절 효능감이 가장 낮다.

Concern for teacher-efficacy and shift of special education's paradigm are activated the study of relation between teacher-efficacy and special education's factors. But in our country, the study of teacher-efficacy of special class teachers must be followed regard to amount of special class numbers, raise to special education service. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyse the elementary special class teachers' teacher-efficacy by an academic career, an age, etc.To do this 344 teachers were selected and sent paper. the 336 papers were returned and analysed in terms of method, subjects of research, and topics of research. The results of this study were follows; Teacher-efficacy of elementary special class tecaher is around the middle. And the older the age, the higher the academic career, teacher efficacy of special class teacher is high. Though a career don't affect teacher-efficacy directly, the difference is revealed by reciprocal relation between age and academic career.
