통합교육을 위한 협력팀 접근 전략에 관한 문헌고찰

A literature review of cooperative team approach strategy for inclusive education

통합교육의 긍정적인 결과에 대한 선행연구 결과는 많다. 아울러 효율적인 결과의 중요한 변인으로 교실의 구조나 전문가 역할의 명료화 및 협력팀에 대한 요구가 제기되고 있다. 우리나라도 최근에 협력팀 접근과 관련된 연구 결과가 제시되고 있지만 대부분 협력교수에 대한 일반적인 특성을 서술하고 있어 실행에 도움이 되는 구성원의 역할과 실제 전략을 알아볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 특수교사와 일반교사가 어떻게 팀을 구성하고 그들의 역할이 무엇인지를 규명하며, 통합교육을 위해 협력팀이 실제로 수행할 수 있는 전략을 알아보고자 한다. 특수교사와 일반교사로 구성된 협력팀은 통합교육의 효율적인 실행 방안으로, 두 교사가 대등한 위치에서 다양한 실제 전략을 수행하여 협력팀 접근의 효율성을 극대화해야 함을 제시하였다

Researchers suggest inclusive education have positive effects to both students with and without disabilities. In addition to, they suggest that restructuring of classroom, clarifying the role of professors and cooperative team approaching should be implemented to improve the effectiveness of full inclusive education. The present study examine closely how to compose of cooperative team with special education teacher and general education one, and their role. At the same time, it is reviewed how to be cooperative teaming strategies in practice of inclusive education. This study suggests cooperative team approach should be practiced for inclusive education, this team which special education teacher and general education one have on an equal status need to apply to various practical strategies to maximize its effectiveness.
