학습장애 학생의 실력구축/구사를 위한 사회성기술 전략의 이론적 탐색

A Theoretical Inquiry into Social Skills Strategy for Expression/Demonstration of Competence of Students with Learning Disabilities

학습장애 학생을 위한 사회성기술 훈련은 생각의 한계 파악과 극복, 자신과 환경과의 유기적인 관계 파악, 초인지적인 성찰, 시대적 변화에 따른 적응, 대인관계에 대한 자신감 등의 측면에서 전략적 지원을 망라할 필요가 있다. 이에 대한 이론적 탐색으로서 이 논문은 최근 학습장애 학생을 위한 사회성기술 관련 연구로서 정서적 측면, 청소년 비행과의 관계, 동료간의 대인관계 등을 조명하였다. 또한 최근의 동기이론과 인간관계, 불교의 선과 인간관계 등을 조명해 봄으로써, 불교의 ‘선’과 ‘12연기’를 바탕으로 기존의 사회성기술훈련이 안고 있는 한계를 극복하기 위한 이론적 대안을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과로서 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, ‘선’을 통하여 인지적 행동수정을 기할 수 있다. 둘째, ‘선’과 응용행동분석의 관계를 조명하여 문제상황을 기능적으로 평가하도록 도울 수 있다. 셋째, ‘선’의 장점을 대중화시키는 교육방법으로서 전략교수를 사용할 수 있다.

The social skills training are necessary to include various strategic supports such as understanding and overcoming his/her thinking limits, analyzing organic relationships between one's self and the environment, retrospecting on their thoughts, adjusting to contemporary changes, and having competence on social relationship. As a theoretical inquiry for this matter, this article highlighted the emotion aspects of students with learning disabilities, the relationships with adolescents' delinquency, and peer relationship from the contemporary research. In addition, it suggests an alternative theoretical approach based on Zen and the Twelve Links in the Chain of Dependent Origination from the Buddhism by analyzing the contemporary motivation theory and human relationships, and Zen and human relationships to rebuild social skills training approach. The results of this inquiry are as follows. First, we could rebuild students' cognitive behavioral modification through employing Zen. Second, we could help students assess the problem situations functionally by employing Zen and applied behavior analysis. Third, we could utilize the strategy intervention model as an educational method of practicing Zen.
