본 연구는 또래 아동들이 주도하는 놀이 활동 속에서 자폐장애 아동의 친사회적 행동의 변화를 알아보기 위한 연구로서 각 놀이 활동시 대상 아동이 보인 친사회적 행동의 빈도수를 점검하였고, E-CLAC에 의한 대인관계와 일반적 행동 변화를 사전․사후로 비교하였다. 그 결과 또래 아동의 사회적 행동의 시도가 자폐장애 아동의 사회적 반응을 증가시킴으로서 자폐장애 아동과의 사회적 상호작용을 증가시켰다
The purpose of this study is to incease the positive social actions of the autistic children through the peer intervention play activities. Through this study, I tried to find the effect of the peer intervention play activities on a) the positive social actions; Sharing, Play organizer, Assistance, Verbal/Vocal, Motor/Gestural, b) the personal relations, c) the general actions. An autistic child getting early education in an annex playing therapy room to Mr. J's neuropsychiatric clinic and three normal children who go to T. kindergarten are participated in this experiment as intervention players. During 4 weeks, this experiment was performed for 50 minutes five times a week. The intervention program consisted of five play activity fields; stacking bloces, singing and dancing, playing with ball, playing with clay, an optional playing. ABA experimental design was used in this study. The result of this study was; First, the autistic child was improved in positive social actions through peer intervention play activities especially he was improved in assisting and sharing actions. Second, the autistic child made progress in the personal relations especially there were positive reactions in relationship with his peers. Third, the autistic child was also improved in general actions through peer intervention in particular the imitation action by directions was made progress. With this study, we can reach a conclusion; The peer intervention play activities are effective to improve the positive social actions of autistic children.
