반응성애착장애아 어머니의 내적실행모델과 애착유형에 관한 연구

A Study of internal working model of relationships and attachment patterns of mothers with RAD children

본 연구는 반응성애착장애아를 둔 어머니의 아동기 양육경험에 따른 내적실행모델과 애착유형에 관하여 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 반응성애착장애로 진단된 만 3세에서 만 6세까지 아동의 어머니 23명이었으며, 어머니의 아동기 양육경험에 따른 내적실행모델은 성인애착면접지(AAI)을 이용하여 본 연구자가 직접 면접을 실시하였고, 애착유형은 성인애착척도(AAS)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 어머니의 내적실행모델 유형은 비일관적이며 양가감정을 보이는 유형이 47.83%로 가장 많았고, 안정 유형과 불안정 유형으로 대별해 보면 불안정 유형은 82.61%로 안정 유형 26.09%보다 더 많았다. 어머니의 애착유형별 분포는 안정애착이 39.13%로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 불안양가애착이 34.78%으로 나타났다. 안정애착과 불안정애착을 비교하면 불안정애착이 60.87%로 안정애착보다 더 많았다.특히 불안정 유형 중 내적실행모델의 비일관적/양가 유형과 애착유형의 불안양가유형 간에 30.43%의 일치율을 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate internal working model of relationship and attatchment patterns of mothers with RAD(Reactive Attachment Disorder) children. The subjects were 23 mothers with RAD children aged 3-6. AAI(Adult Attachment Interview) was used to analysis mother's internal working model of relationship. Interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. AAS(Adult Attachment Scale) was used to asses mother's attatchment patterns. Mother's internal working model were founded more insecure-pattern(82.61%) than secure-pattern(26.09%). The most of insecure-pattern were inconsistent/contracted-pattern(47.83%). Mother's attatchment patterns were reported more insecure attachment(60.87%) than secure attachment(39.13%). The most of insecure attachment were inconsistent/contracted attachment(34.78%). Exact inconsistent/contracted-pattern and inconsistent/contracted attachment agreement was observed in 30.43% of the dyads.
