The educational concept of “practice promoting learning” captures the important position of practice in college education and plays an increasingly important role in applied undergraduate teaching. This paper focuses on the concept of practical learning promotion for application-oriented undergraduate students from the perspective of Sansu culture. This paper analyzes the significance of the implementation of the educational concept of “practice promoting learning” in the applied undergraduate education major, the significance of the traditional cultural courses such as Sansu culture offered by the applied undergraduate primary education major, and the implementation of the educational concept of “practice promoting learning” in the Sansu culture course of the primary education major of Sichuan Technology and Business University.
