고고학으로 살펴본 紅山文化와 고조선

A Study on Similarities form Hongsan Culture to Gojoseon Culture

본 연구는 고조선의 영역 중 요서지역에서 발전했던 홍산문화와 하가점하층문화의 계통성을 고고학적 측면에서 살펴보고자 한다. 최근 하가점하층문화의 고고학적 성과가 계속될수록 이 지역 선후대 문화의 계통성, 초기 청동기시대의 진입 시기 및 발견된 유물과 유적은 한국과 중국의 문헌 기록에서보이는 고조선과 부합한다. 지역적으로는 선대문화인 홍산문화가 그대로 고조선문화에 영향을 미쳤을 것이며 유물에서 보이는 홍산문화 요소는 소하연문화 시기를 거쳐 계승관계를 유지하고 있음을 명확히 보여주고 있다. 그중에서도 주거지, 인적구성, 석성, 토기, 채회도의 문양 등에서 보이는 뚜렷한연관성은 두 문화간 계승성을 판단하게 하는 근거가 될 뿐 아니라 이 문화계열의 전반적인 사유체계에서 그 바탕이 된다. 두 문화의 공통점은 문화간 계통성으로 고조선의 건국 연대의 타당성을 제공하고 주변 문화와의 교류 흔적으로 고조선의 인식 범위에 대해서도 알 수 있게 한다. 특히 유전학적 구성의 계통성과 주거지 및 석성의 울타리 개념은 한국 고유의 “우리” 개념의시발점으로 보이는데 본고에서는 홍산문화와 고조선문화, 특히 전기 고조선이라 할 수 있는 하가점하층문화와의 계통성에 초점을 맞추어 전개하고자 한다.

This is review of the relationship between Hangsan culture and Gojoseon Culture. The two cultures developed in the liaoXi among areas of Gojoseon, and their similarities were found in the archaeological aspect. Hongsan Culture was a Neolithic culture that flourished from 4700BC to 3000BC. Xiajiadian Lower Culture was a Bronze Age culture that flourished in the Yoseo region from 2400BC to 1500BC and velongs to the culture of the early Gojoseon period. In particular, the distinct connection shown in the residential area, human composition, moat, stone castle, earthenware, jade, and painting patterns is the basis for showing that it is closely related to Gojoseon culture. It is also possible to know not only the system similarity between the cultures of Hongsan and Gojoseon generations, but also the exchanges with the surrounding cultures. Among the similarities between the two cultures, I think it recognizes that the characteristic of Gojoseon culture in particular is what is called “we/our”. The beginning of these concept is compartmentalization, which developed into moat, astronomical observation, and collective sprit.
