안드라고지 기반 과정컨설팅을 통한 어머니의 놀이에 대한 인식 및 태도의 변화과정

The changing process of the mother's perception and attitude toward play through Andragogy-based Process Consultation

본 연구의 목적은 안드라고지 기반 과정컨설팅을 실시하여 어머니의 놀이에 대한 인식 및 태도의 변화과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 컨설팅은 C육아종합지원센터 부모교육을 받은 어머니 중 한 명을 대상으로 2020년 7월 30일부터 2021년 3월 20일까지 진행되었으며 연구자는 심층면담, 어머니 저널, 활동지, 포토보이스, 연구자 노트 등의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 어머니의 놀이에 대한 인식 및 태도의 변화는 ‘혼돈의 나날들 - 실천의 고충 - 도전의 시작 - 희망의 빛’의 과정으로 나타났다. 초기에 어머니는 놀이에 대한 의문점과 다른 가정의 놀이 환경과 비교하며 혼란스러워하였고, 남편의 놀이 통제로 갈등을 겪었으나 놀이를 관찰하고 아이의 관심을 발견하면서 함께 즐겁게 놀이하는 모습을 보였다. 어머니는 아이의 행동을 따라 놀이해본 후 탐색 놀이 경험의 중요성을 깨달았으며 욕심과 강박을 내려놓게 되었다고 하였다. 본 연구는 어머니가 컨설팅에 능동적으로 참여하여 놀이에 대한 의미와 가치를 이해하고, 놀이에서 행복감을 느끼게 되었다는 것에 의미가 있으며 성인학습자로서의 부모특성을 존중하는 안드라고지 기반 과정컨설팅이 부모를 지원하는 데 적절한 방법임을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the changing process of mother's perception and attitude toward play by conducting an Andragogy-based process consultation. The consultation was conducted from July 30, 2020 to March 20, 2021, for one of the mothers who received parental education at the C Parenting Support Center, and the researcher collected and analyzed in-depth interviews, mother journals, activity papers, photo voices, and researcher notes. As a result of the study, the change in the mother's perception and attitude toward play was found as a process of 'days of chaos, difficulties in practice, beginning of challenge, the light of hope'. In the early days, the mother was confused by comparing questions about play with others, and she had a conflict with her husband, but she enjoyed playing while observing the play and discovering the child's interest. After playing along with her child, the mother realized the importance of exploratory play and said that she let go of her greed and obsession. This study suggests that Andragogy-based process consultation, which is meaningful for mothers to actively participate in consultation, understand the meaning and value of play, feel happy, and respect parental characteristics as adult learners, be an appropriate method of parental support.
