중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 수행도 영향요인

Factors Affecting Infection Control Practice among Intensive Care Unit Nurses

본 연구는 중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 조직문화, 감염관리 인지도 및 수행도 정도를 확인하고, 중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료수집은 2023년 9월 10일부터 2023년 10월 6일까지이며, G광역시와 J도 소재 대학병원 중환자실 간호사 201명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 조직문화는 5.90점(7점 만점), 감염관리 인지도는 4.66점(5점 만점), 감염관리 수행도는 4.82점(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 감염관리 조직문화는 인지도(r=.45, p<.001), 수행도(r=.38, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 감염관리 인지도와 수행도(r=.79, p<.001)는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감염관리 인지도(β=.76, p<.001), 근무부서(β=.10, p=.043) 순이었으며, 이 모형의 설명력은 65.0%로 나타났다(F=46.78, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 인지도를 높이는 교육 프로그램이 강화되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한, 부서별로 맞춤형 프로그램을 구성하고 제공되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors influencing nursing practice for infections control in intensive care units (ICUs). Participants were 201 registered nurses who worked in ICUs of general hospitals. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire from September 10 to October 6, 2023. And were analyzed using the t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 28.0 program. Through multiple regression analysis, the factors influencing nursing Practice in ICUs were awareness of infection control (β=.76, p＜.001), working unit (NCU) (β=.10, p=.043). The explanation power of these variables was 65.0% (F=46.78, p＜.001). Education to enhance awareness on infection control should be established. There is a need to organize and provide specialized education and training programs for each unit.
