녹차와 L-theanine의 스트레스 완화에 대한 연구경향

Research Trends on Stress Relief of L-theanine and Green Tea

Objectives To find ways to relieve stress at home, This study was aimed to review randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about whether eating green tea and L-theanine relieves stress. Methods We searched document about criteria to use words like ‘Green tea’, ‘L-theanine,’ ‘stress reduction’ and so on. Korean research databases were Korean studies Information Service System(KISS), Research Information Service System(RISS), Korean Medicine Information System(OASIS) and ScienceOn. National research databases were Pubmed. Results We got 6 international standard documents. We included clinical studies to relieve stress by consuming green tea and L-theanine. The study included only RCT cases. There are no restrictions on how green tea and L-theanine are processed, nor are there any stress assessment tools. Conclusions It was possible to draw the conclusion that the intake of green tea and L-theanine relieves stress, and further research needs to improve the research level by solving limitations such as small number of samples.
