공공어린이재활병원 연계 특수학교(급) 운영에 대한 특수교사와 학부모의 인식 비교

Comparison of the Perceptions of Special Teachers and Parents Regarding the Operation of a Special School (Grade) Linked to a Public Children's Rehabilitation Hospital

연구목적: 본 연구는 재활병원학교 설립에 대한 특수교사와 학부모의 요구사항 및 인식을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구방법: 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 기초 통계량 산출 및다중응답분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과: 협력이나 지원 사항에 대한 실행도 수준에서 특수교사와학부모 모두 ‘질병에 적합한 치료와 관리’에 대한 실행도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중요도수준에서는 특수교사는 ‘질병에 적합한 치료와 관리’를, 학부모는 ‘의료진의 치료 및 의료 정보공유’를 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 결론: 결과에 기초하여 재활병원학교 운영의 기본방향, 교육과 치료의 병행, 교육·의료·복지 간 초학문적 교수·학습지원 제공 등 재활병원학교 설립의필요조건과 해결 방안이 제시되었다.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the needs and perceptions of special education teachers and parents regarding the establishment of a rehabilitation hospital school. Method: basic statistics were calculated and multiple response analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0. Results: In terms of implementation level of cooperation and support, both special teachers and parents showed the highest implementation level for ‘treatment and management appropriate for the disease.’ At the level of importance, special education teachers perceived ‘treatment and management appropriate for the disease’ as most important, and parents perceived ‘treatment by medical staff and sharing of medical information’ as most important. Conclusion: Based on the results, the necessary conditions and solutions for establishing a rehabilitation hospital school were presented, including the basic direction of operating a rehabilitation hospital school, parallel education and treatment, and provision of transdisciplinary teaching and learning support between education, medicine, and welfare.
