보육교사 직무스트레스에 관한 국내 연구동향 분석 (2013-2022)

An Analysis of Research Trends in Job Stress of Childcare Teacher (2013-2022)

연구목적: 본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스 관련 국내 학술지 연구 경향 분석을 통해 앞으로 보육교사 직무스트레스 연구의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 2013년부터 2022 년까지 한국연구재단 등재 및 등재후보 학술지에 게재된 논문 139편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 연구 시기는 1년 단위로, 연구 방법은 양적, 질적, 문헌, 혼합연구로, 연구 대상은영아교사, 유아교사, 영·유아교사, 장애통합교사, 논문으로, 연구 내용은 프로그램개발, 개념도, 논문분석, 그리고 양적연구에서의 직무스트레스 역할 즉, 매개변인, 조절변인, 종속변인, 독립변인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 2015년부터 활발하게 연구가 이루어지고 있으며둘째, 연구 방법은 양적연구가 제일 많았으며 셋째, 연구 대상은 영·유아교사, 영아교사, 유아교사, 장애통합교사 순이었다. 넷째, 연구 내용은 직무스트레스가 독립변인인 경우가 가장 많았다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 통해 추후 직무스트레스 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends in job stress of childcare teachers in domestic journals and to suggest directions for future research on job stress. Method: A total number of 139 studies for the last 10 years was selected. These studies were published in journals beyond the level of the registered candidates of the National Research Foundation of Korea. Results: First, the research topic of job stress was interests, which has flourished since 2015. Second, questionnaires in quantitative studies were mostly used. Third, infant and childhood teacher was most frequently conducted. Fourth, as a contents of studying the stress of childcare teachers, research on variables for self-understanding, leadership, emotional capability, and mental health as individual factors has thrived. Conclusion: Based on the above results, this study provides direction for future research on job stress.
