정부지원 장애인일자리사업 참여를 통한 장애인 삶의 경험에 대한 질적연구

A Qualitative Study on the Life Experience of the People with Disabilities through Participation in the Government-sponsored Job Creation Project for the People with Disabilities

본 연구는 정부지원 장애인일자리사업에 참여하는 장애인들이 장애인일자리 참여 경험을 통해 삶에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 창녕군 지역 내 장애인일자리 참여자 6명을 대상으로 장애인일자리 경험에 관하여 각 2회씩 심층 면담을 진행하였으며 이를 개방코딩을 한 후 범주화하여 반복적 비교분석 방법을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 직업의 선택권 중 시간의 선택이 가능한 장애인일자리사업의 특성과 계약직으로 인해 미래가 불확실한 특성을 동시에 가지고 있음이 드러났다. 이에 다음과 같이 장애인일자리사업에 논의할 바를 제시한다. 첫째, 근무시간 및 근무환경(근무지 선택, 업무내용 등)의 선택권 확대, 둘째, 미래의 불확실성을 줄일 수 있는 일자리 연속성의 중요성 제기와 그에 따른 정부 예산확보의 필요성, 마지막으로 일자리 유형에 따른 개인별 특성에 맞는 업무 제공 등으로 장애인일자리사업의 질적 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to find out how the people with disabilities participating in government-supported job creation project for the people with disabilities affect their lives through their experiences in job participation for the people with disabilities. Six job participants for the people with disabilities in Changnyeong-gun were interviewed twice each about their job experiences for the people with disabilities, and after open coding, they were categorized and repeatedly compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the characteristics of the job creation project the for people with disabilities, which allows the selection of time among job options, and the characteristics of uncertain future due to contract workers at the same time. Accordingly, it is suggested to discuss the job creation project for the people with disabilities as follows. First, the quality of the job creation project the for people with disabilities can be expected to be improved by expanding the choice of working hours and working environment (choice of work place, work content, etc.), raising the importance of job continuity to reduce future uncertainty, the need to secure the government budget, and finally providing tasks tailored to individual characteristics according to job types.
