This study investigates the effects of online extracurricular English programs. Forty-five Korean college students performed one pre-test and two post-tests for English grammar, vocabulary, and writing. The tests were conducted under different classroom conditions (levels of English proficiency and whether or not the learners received teacher's feedback). By doing so, this study was intended to present an effective model for an online extracurricular program that can enhance learning motivation and English proficiency for learners of all levels. Firstly, a repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance showed that both students' English levels and teacher's feedback had a positive impact on learners' overall English grammar, vocabulary, and writing performances. The highest improvement was observed in advanced and low-level students, while in post-test 2, there were no significant differences among intermediate groups. Particularly, low-level students demonstrated the most advanced performances in grammar and writing skills compared to their previous performance. Secondly, all levels of students who received writing feedback showed better performance in English grammar, vocabulary, and writing compared to the groups that did not receive any feedback. This improvement was particularly significant for students with low English proficiency, as their grammar and writing skills showed the greatest enhancement in achievement. (198 words)
