A Study on the Future Talent Development of the Casino Industry

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational environment of the casino industry and to suggest ways to cultivate future talent. Method: Based on the literature review of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this study examined the cultivation of future talents in the casino industry. Results: Through this study, it was confirmed that the casino industry will increase new recruitment and turnover due to the new opening of Inspire Entertainment Resort. Conclusion: A comprehensive development plan (dealing standardization, casino dealing competition, industry-academia-research) is needed to foster the casino industry as a tourism industry that is internationally competitive, transparent and healthy and contributes to the development of the MICE industry. Interdisciplinary Research Implications: This study is a study on the future human resources development of the casino industry in the tourism industry, and interdisciplinary research for the leisure field of the complex resort should be carried out in connection with the aspect of physical education in the future.
