이 연구는 한국에서 빠른 속도로 진행되는 고령화와 고령자 1인 가구의 증가에 따른 빈곤과 경제적 취약성, 사회적 고립, 건강 문제, 주거 문제를 프롭테크를 활용하여 해결하는 방안을 제안하였다. 먼저, 프롭테크는 재정 관리 도구, 온라인 부동산 컨설팅, VR 기술을 통한 가상투어 및 다양한 기술 교육을 통해 고령자의 경제적 안정성과 사회적 참여를 증진한다. 다음은 고령자 1인 가구의 사회적 고립을 해결하기 위해 프롭테크는 스마트 기기와 온라인 플랫폼을 활용하여 커뮤니티 참여를 촉진한다. 건강 분야에서는 원격 의료, 착용할 수 있는 건강 모니터링 장치, AI 기반 분석을 제공하여 고령자의 건강관리 접근성과 예방적 관리를 확대한다. 주거분야에서는 저렴한 주거 검색 도구, 비용 계산기, 온라인 결제 시스템을 포함하며 에너지 효율적인 개선과 스마트 홈 기술을 통해 물리적 안전성과 편안함을 제공한다. 프롭테크 활용에 대한 정책적 시사점은 사용자 편의, 기술의 효율성 및 데이터 보안을 중심으로 고려해야 한다. 이러한 요소들은 고령자의 경제적, 사회적, 건강 및 주거 관련 문제 해결에 있어 프롭테크 도구의 효과적인 적용과 사용자 경험을 최적화하는 데 필수적이다.
In South Korea, the rapid increase in aging and single-person elderly households is presenting challenges. These challenges are categorized into poverty and economic vulnerability, social isolation, health issues, and housing problems. Solutions utilizing proptech have been proposed to address each of these issues effectively. Proptech offers comprehensive solutions for the elderly, addressing economic and housing stability, social isolation, and health concerns. It provides financial management tools, online real estate consulting, VR technology for virtual tours, and training in various skills to enhance seniors' economic stability and social engagement. For housing, it includes affordable housing search tools, cost calculators, and online payment systems, alongside energy-efficient improvements and smart home technologies for physical safety and comfort. To combat social isolation, proptech utilizes smart devices and online platforms for community engagement. For health, it offers telemedicine, wearable health monitors, and AI-powered analytics to improve healthcare access and preventive care for seniors.
