간호대학생의 공감능력과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과

The mediating effect of self-leadership in the relationship between empathy and interpersonal competence of nursing college students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 공감능력과 대인관계 유능성 간의 관련성을 파악하고, 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향요인과 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 연구대상으로 간호대학생 368명에게 자료를 수집하였으며, 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 회귀분석 및 매개 효과를 검증하기 위하여 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 간호대학생의 공감능력은 대인관계 유능성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십은 대인관계 유능성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 공감능력과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 셀프리더십은 완전 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 대인관계 능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발의 이론적 기초자료가 될 것이며, 간호대학생의 공감능력 향상 및 셀프리더십 증진 방안에 관한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between self-leadership, empathy ability, and interpersonal competence of nursing students, and to investigate the mediating effect of self-leadership and factors influencing interpersonal competence. For this, data were collected from 368 nursing students as research subjects, frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were conducted, and Sobel verification was performed to verify Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis and mediating effect. As a result of the study, first, it was found that nursing students' empathy ability had a significant effect on interpersonal competence. Second, it was found that nursing students' self-leadership had a significant effect on interpersonal competence. Third, it was found that self-leadership had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between empathy ability and interpersonal competence of nursing students. These findings will serve as the theoretical basis for developing programs to improve nursing students' interpersonal skills and provide implications for ways to improve nursing students' empathy and self-leadership.
