보육교사 양성과정에서 하브루타 학습법을 활용한 역량기반 ‘보육학개론’ 수업모형 개발

Development of a Competency-Based ‘Introduction to Childcare’ Teaching Model Using Havruta Learning Method in the Course of Training Childcare Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사 양성과정에서 하브루타 학습법을 활용한 역량에 기반한 보육학개론 교과목의 수업모형을 개발하는 것이다. 연구문제별로 결론을 제시하면, 첫째, 하브루타 학습법을 활용한 보육학개론 수업모형의 구성 절차는 5단계로 진행되었다. 선행 연구와 문헌 분석을 토대로 수업모형(안)을 구안하였고 전문가 인터뷰(1차)에 대한 결과를 반영하여 수업모형(안)을 수정·보완하였다. 2차 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 보육학개론 교과목의 목표를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 모형임을 확인하고 이를 확정하였다. 둘째, 하브루타 학습법을 활용한 보육학개론의 수업모형은 미래사회가 필요로 하는 역량을 잘 성취하면서 학습할 내용을 효과적으로 학습하기에 적절한 하브루타유형을 선정하였다. 학습자의 활동으로 동기유발, 내용 공부하기, 짝 가르치기, 질문하기, 문제 만들기, 발표, 쉬우르, 성찰의 8단계로 개발되었다. 또한, 과정 평가와 성과평가가 이루어지도록 하였다. 이러한 연구결과가 하브루타 학습법을 활용한 수업모형 개발 및 미래사회가 요구하는 역량을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 수업 운영의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching model for Introduction to Childcare subjects based on the competency using the Havruta learning method in the child care teacher training course. To present a conclusion for each research problem, first, the composition process of the Introduction to Childcare class model using the Havruta learning method was carried out in five steps. The teaching model(draft) was devised by analyzing previous studies and literature, and the teaching model(draft) was revised and supplemented by reflecting the results of the first expert interview. Through the second expert interview, it was confirm that it was a model that could effectively achieve the goals of the Introduction to Childcare subject. Second, the teaching model of Introduction to Childcare using the Havruta learning method selected an appropriate Havruta type to effectively learn the content to be learned while successfully achieving the competencies needed by the future society. In addition, the stages of process evaluation and performance evaluation were added. It is expected that these research results will be used as basic data for the development of a teaching model using the Havruta learning method and the operation of classes to cultivate talented people with the competencies required by the future society.
