Third, Koryein students find very difficult to make friends with local Korean students during their school life. Fourth, it was found that Koryein students lack interest and adequate preparation for employment, as well as confidence in their career paths. Fifth, the career paths of Koryein students are considering employment in their major field, studying abroad, and starting a business. Sixth, Koryein students are demanding improvements in employment support programs and visa and nationality acquisition-related systems for a mpre stable settlement and advancement into South Korea society. Lastly, the limitation of this study lies in its exclusive reliance on interviews targeting Koryein university students who settled in Gwangju Metropolitan City.
