국제이해교육 관점에서 살펴본 유아교사의 세계시민교육역량 분석: 세계시민의식, 다문화의식, 공동체의식 간의 관계를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the global citizenship education competencies of early childhood teachers from the perspective of international understanding education. To achieve this goal, global citizenship education competencies were analyzed for 328 early childhood teachers, focusing on the relationship between global citizenship, multicultural consciousness, and community consciousness. For the analysis of this study, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed according to the research questions using the SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, the global citizenship education competencies of early childhood teachers showed a statistically significant correlation with the global citizenship, multicultural consciousness, and community consciousness of early childhood teachers. In addition, it was found that early childhood teachers' global citizenship, multicultural consciousness, and community consciousness had a significant effect on teachers' global citizenship education competencies. The results of this study are significant in that they suggest that policy teachereducation should be conducted at the national level to strengthen the global citizenship education competencies of early childhood teachers, who exert a key influence on promoting global citizenship in young children.
