대학 진로학점제의 도입을 위한 교육과정 운영 방안 탐색

An Study on Curriculum Operation Strategies for the Introduction of University Career Developing Credit Systems

본 연구는 ‘진로학점제’라는 대학 진로교육과정 체계를 개발하고 이를 제도화하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 C대학의 진로교육 관련 구성원들과 논의를 거쳐 1차 진로교육과정 모델을도출하고, 이렇게 도출된 진로교육과정 로드맵과 편성·운영 방안의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 교육분야전문가 5명을 대상으로 2차례의 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 ‘진로진단’, ‘진로설정’, ‘취업역량개발’, ‘사회진출준비’로 4단계의 핵심목표를 설정하고, 교양 및 전공을 포함한 교과 교육과정, 학생 스스로 진로활동을 설계하고 수행하여 학점을 인정받는 자율형 교육과정, 비교과 프로그램을 연계한 진로교육과정 로드맵을 제시하였다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 제시한 진로교육과정 로드맵을 편성·운영하기 위한 구체적인 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 진로학점제를 고민하고 있는 대학에게 실천적 방안을 제시하고, 대학의 진로교육과정을 확산하기 위한 진로교육연구에 기초자료와 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to develop and institutionalize a university career education program called the ‘Career Developing Credit System.’ To achieve this, the research engaged in discussions with members of the academic community at University C, resulting in the derivation of an initial career education curriculum model. To validate the feasibility of this derived career education curriculum roadmap and its organization and operation strategies, two rounds of surveys were conducted with five educational experts. The findings are as follows: Firstly, this study established four core objectives, namely ‘career assessment,’ ‘career planning,’ ‘employment competency development,’ and ‘preparation for social integration.’ It presented a career education curriculum roadmap that combines general and major coursework, student-designed and executed career activities for credit recognition, and co-curricular programs to support these objectives. Secondly, the study provided concrete operational strategies for implementing and running the proposed career education curriculum roadmap. The results of this research aim to offer practical guidance to universities considering the Career Developing Credit System, as well as to provide foundational data and insights for career education research to promote the spread of university career education programs.
