心理电影赏析融入大学生心理健康教育课程探究

Research on Integrating Psychological Film Appreciation into College Students’ Mental Health Education Courses

将心理电影赏析融入到大学生心理健康课程教学当中，有利于普及心理常识，提升大学生的心理健康意识；有助于寓教于乐，激发大学生参与课堂学习热情；有助于解读他人，促进大学生的自我成长。本文最后结合笔者的教学经验举例说明一些具有可操作性的教学方案，以期对同行的实际教学有一定的参考作用和借鉴意义。

Integrating psychological film appreciation into the teaching of mental health courses for college students is conducive to popularizing psychological knowledge and improving college students’ mental health awareness; it is helpful to integrate education with entertainment and stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to participate in classroom learning; and it is helpful to interpret others and promote Self-development of college students. Finally, this article combines the author’s teaching experience with examples to illustrate some operable teaching plans, in order to provide some reference and significance for the actual teaching of peers.
