간호대학생의 미디어 리터러시와 그릿이 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Media Literacy and Grit on Self-Directed Learning among Nursing Students

본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 미디어 리터러시, 그릿 및 자기주도적 학습능력 정도를 파악하고 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. D시 일대학 간호대학생 173명을대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 자기주도적 학습능력은 미디어 리터러시(r=.38, p<.001), 그릿(r=.69, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가있었다. 자기주도적 학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 그릿(β=.63, p<.001), 미디어 리터러시(β=.33, p<.001), 전공만족도(매우만족)(β=.12, p=.023)으로 나타났으며 설명력은 59%였다. 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발과 적용 시 그릿, 미디어 리터러시 및 전공만족도를 고려하여야할 필요가 있으며 이를 위한 다양한 교수학습방법의 적용 및 검증이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine factors influencing self-directed learning among nursing students, specifically focusing on media literacy and grit. The research design employed in this study was a descriptive survey, utilizing convenience sampling. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires completed by 173 nursing students in D city. The collected data were analyzed using mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/Win 23.0 program. Self-directed learning exhibited a significant positive correlation with media literacy (r = .38, p < .001) and grit (r = .69, p <.001). The stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that grit (β = .63, p < .001), media literacy (β = .33, p < .001) and satisfaction in majors (β = .12, p = .023) were significant predictors, explaining 59% of selfdirected learning. The results of this study highlight that media literacy and grit significantly impact the selfdirected learning of nursing students. These findings suggest a need for developing self-directed learning education programs aimed at improving grit, media literacy, and satisfaction in majors for nursing students.
