치위생학과 대학생의 성취동기가 학습민첩성에 대한 연구

A Study on the Achievement Motivation and Learning Agility of Dental Hygiene University Students

Objectives: This study was to identify factors affecting achievement motivation and learning agility of dental hygiene university students. Methods: Data were collected from May 9 to May 27, 2022. The study was conducted on 176 dental hygiene students from two universities in the G region. The statistical program used was SPSS win 25.o. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in achievement motivation depending on satisfaction with university life, satisfaction with major, personality. There was a statistically significant difference in learning agility depending on smoking prevention and cessation education, satisfaction with university life, satisfaction with major, personality. Conclusions: There is a need to develop a program that can increase achievement motivation and learning agility among dental hygiene university students.
