청소년 보호대상자 심리건강척도 개발 및 표준화

Development and Standardization of Korea Psychological Health Inventory for Released Adolescent Convicts

본 연구는 청소년 법무보호대상자의 심리건강 상태를 현장에서 간편하게 측정할 수 있는 청소년 보호대상자 심리건강척도(KPHI-RC-A)를 개발하고, 규준을 제작하여 표준화하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 문헌연구 및 청소년 보호대상자들을 대상으로 한 반구조화된 심층면접을 통해 척도의 구인을 선정하고, 예비문항을 설계하였으며, 15명의 관련 전문가들에게 실시한 2차례의 델파이조사를 통해 문항을 수정, 보완하여 10개의 소척도, 77문항과 타당도 척도 5문항으로 구성된 2차 예비문항을 제작하였다. 구인타당도 검증을 위해 보호처분을 받은 청소년 265명에게 예비조사를 실시하였고, 탐색적 요인분석과 내적일치도 분석을 통해 최종적으로 10개의 소척도, 72문항(심리건강척도 67문항, 타당도 척도 5문항)으로 구성된 척도를 개발하였다. 본 검사에서는 개발된 척도를 청소년 보호대상자 321명에게 실시하여 확인적 요인분석을 통해 척도의 관계구조 및 타당성을 검증하였고, 그 결과 본 척도가 타당한 구조임을 확인하였다. 표준점수를 활용하여 고위험군에 해당하는 규준점수를 산출하였고, 척도별 성별 차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타나 전체 규준과 더불어 성별을 구분한 고위험군 평가 기준 정보를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의 및 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize a scale that can easily measure the psychological health status of released adolescent convicts in correction system. The constructs of the scale and preliminary questions were designed through literature research and semi-structured in-depth interviews with juvenile offenders. We conducted two delphi methods with 15 psychological counseling experts, revised and supplemented the questions, and created preliminary questions consisting of 10 subscale, 77 mental health measurement questions, and 5 validity measurement questions. To prove construct validity, a preliminary survey was conducted on 265 juvenile offenders and a scale consisting of 10 subscale and 72 questions was ultimately developed through exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. The developed scale was administered to 321 adolescent convicts and the relationship between structures and validity of the scale were verified through confirmatory factor analysis. The T-score was used to calculate the standard score corresponding to the high-risk group, and the evaluation criteria information divided by gender was presented along with the overall standards. Clinical and research implications as well as limitations are discussed.
