Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Teaching Flow of Special School Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of the Job Environment

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본과 교수몰입의 관계에서 직무환경의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 12개 특수학교 교사 230명을 대상으로 한 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 그리고 상관분석, 중다회귀분석 및 매개효과의 검증 절차를 진행하였다. 이 모든 자료의 자료는 SPSS 27.0(win)을 적용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 그들의 교수몰입과 직무환경은 같이 높아진다. 둘째, 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본은 교수몰입에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 셋째, 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본은 직무환경에 직접적 영향을 준다. 넷째, 특수학교 교사의 직무환경은 교수몰입에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 다섯째, 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본은 직무환경을 매개로 하여 교수몰입에 영향을 주는 것이 긍정심리자본 단독으로 영향을 주는 것에 비해 더 큰 영향을 준다. 결론: 도출된 연구결과를 토대로 특수학교 교사의 긍정심리자본, 교수몰입, 직무환경의 관계에 대한 교육적인 함의와 후속 연구에 대해 제언을 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey the mediating effect of the job environment on the relationship between positive psychological capital and the teaching flow of special school teachers in Korea. Method: To achieve the purpose of this study, an online survey was conducted on 230 teachers of 12 special schools. The correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and verification procedures of mediating effects were conducted. SPSS 27.0 (win) was utilized for data analysis. Results: First, the higher the positive psychological capital of special school teachers, the higher their teaching flow and job environment. Second, the positive psychological capital of special school teachers directly affected their teaching flow. Third, the positive psychological capital of special school teachers directly affected their job environment. Fourth, the job environment of special school teachers directly affected their teaching flow. Fifth, the positive psychological capital of special school teachers had a greater impact on teaching flow through the job environment than the positive psychological capital alone. Conclusion: The suggestions were made for future follow-up studies about the special school teachers' positive psychological capital, teaching flow and job environment.
