목회자의 내재적 종교성향이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

The Relationship between Pastor's intrinsic religiosity and job satisfaction: The mediating effect of marital satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼만족도를 매개로 하여, 목회자의 내재적 종교성향이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 있다. 첫째, 내재적 종교성향과 결혼만족도 및 직무만족도 간의 관계에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 내재적 종교성향과 직무만족도 간의 관계에서 결혼만족도의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여, 전국의 목회자 226명의 목회자를 대상으로 종교성향, 결혼만족도, 직무만족도를 온라인 설문을 통해 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.3을 사용하여 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내재적 종교성향이 직무만족도 및 결혼만족도 향상을 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼만족도가 직무만족도 향상을 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내재적 종교성향이 직무만족도 향상에 미치는 영향에 있어서 결혼만족도가 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 의의 및 실무적 시사점, 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언 등에 관해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic religious orientation on job satisfaction of pastors, mediated by marital satisfaction. First, the relationship between intrinsic religious orientation, marital satisfaction and job satisfaction was examined. Second, the mediating effect of marital satisfaction on the relationship between intrinsic religious orientation and job satisfaction was examined. For this purpose, religious orientation, marital satisfaction, and job satisfaction were measured through an online survey among 226 pastors nationwide. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.3. The results of the study are as follows. First, intrinsic religiosity significantly predicted improvement in job satisfaction and marital satisfaction. Second, marital satisfaction significantly predicted improvement in job satisfaction. Third, marital satisfaction has a partial mediating effect on the effect of intrinsic religiosity on job satisfaction. Based on the above findings, the significance of this study, practical implications, limitations, and suggestions for further research are discussed.
