This study was done self-efficacy on the relationship between veterinary nurses’ self-efficacy and their work. However it couldn’t find any literature about the self-efficacy in veterinary nurses. Self-efficacy is the confidence that one has the ability to perform a task, self-regulation efficacy, challenge for difficult tasks, and the ability to identify the cause of results. It is composed of cognitive, motivational, affective, and selection processes, and is manifested in behavior. The self-efficacy of nurses not only affects their individual abilities but also the organization, improving patient safety management, compliance with standard guidelines, and nursing work. It is thought that a measure of self-efficacy in veterinary nurse is needed to judge individual abilities, adaptability to organizations, and job performance capabilities.
