부사관 전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

부사관 전공 대학생들은 군에서 필요한 군사지식과 기술을 갖추고, 부사관으로 임관하거나 3사관학교로 편입하여 장교로 진로를 선택하여 미래의 군을 이끄는 핵심 인재로 성장하게 된다. 일반적으로 대학생의 전공은 자신의 적성과 흥미, 전공의 인기도나 사회적 인식을 고려하여 다양한 정보들을 수집하여 선택한다. 그러나 부사관 전공 학생의 경우 자신보다 외부적 요인 예를 들어, 부모의 권유, 직업의 안정성 등에 치우쳐 전공을 선택하게 되며, 이로 인해 대학생활에 적응하지 못하거나 중도에 포기하기도 한다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 학생들은 미래의 진로에 대한 목표를 명확히 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 군사 전문성을 갖출 수 있는 대학 교육과 전공설계 방향을 이해하고, 미래에 대비하여 진로 계획을 수립하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 연구방향을 목적으로 부사관 전공대학생들의 전공선택 동기가 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 해보고자 한다.

College students majoring in non-commissioned officers are equipped with the military knowledge and skills necessary for the military, and are commissioned as non-commissioned officers or transferred to one of the Korea Army Academy at Yeongcheon to choose a career as an officer and grow into key talents who will lead the military of the future. In general, college students choose their major by collecting various information, taking into account their aptitude, interests, popularity, and social awareness of the major. However, in the case of students majoring in non-commissioned officer majors, they choose their major based on external factors, such as parental recommendation and job stability, rather than their own, and as a result, they are unable to adapt to college life or give up midway. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, students need to clearly set goals for their future career. It is most important to understand the direction of college education and major design that can provide military expertise, and to establish a career plan for the future. For the purpose of this research direction, we would like to conduct an empirical analysis of the impact of college students majoring in non-commissioned officer majors' motivation for choosing a major on their career decision level.
