This article aims to investigate college students' career and career awareness and covers causal structure models, based on the variables affecting the sense of job. The design of the research includes approximately 400 film-majoring college students and nearly 30 universities, located on Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungchong-do, Gyeongsang-do, and Jeolla-do. The research method involves the survey, with the sample size determined by the optimal level required in structural equation model, and utilizes Maximum Likelihood(ML), or structural analysis by Amos, as a basic principle. The results are as follows: first, in terms of students' values, it is shown that all of the potential variables, such as materialism, self-respect, relationship-oriented, pursuit of emotion, utilitarianism, and awareness of the others, have an influence on their values. Second, when it comes to their work ethics, it is represented that the variables, like intrinsic, extrinsic job value, affect students' career. Third, the level of their self-conception is measured high-pitched in the factors of affective domain, self-esteem, family relationship and social aspect. Fourth, their self-efficacy is situated at its peak in the elements of confidence, self-control, and preference for difficulty level. Lastly, the level of career awareness is shown to be relatively high in the aspects of independence, planning quality, self-understanding, and information research. In conclusion, it turns out that the level of students' career awareness is placed at the top position, but the effort, that is, the action related to career research, can be assumed to have not been fully made.
