The second evaluation in the examination of employment for the middle school teacher in Theater & Film section is given questions by argument type. The argument questions have its object in measuring the problem solving capacity and logic of expression based on the systematical thought on the textual basis. It is able to measure the extensive measurement of thought of examiner by letting it be observed not only in the individual knowledge on text but also based on the logical analogy and general application capacity. The argument questions are developed so that is able to evaluate the general and integral capacity of understanding of the textual contents, textual course of education, teaching method. For that the detailed factor is meanly reflected based on the 'detail generality of factor of evaluating area and contents' The textual area of education section is developed focusing on the humanity, capacity, evaluation ability as teacher. In the textual area of contents it is allowed to evaluate the ability to explore the textual related knowledge and activity(example: theater production, film production, film criticism, etc) systematical and logically based on the general and integral comprehension. Specially it is required to evaluate if it can put both of them together as it is required to have the knowledge and experience not only of theory but also of practice of theater & film. Also, it is allowed to develop the questions to evaluate the ability to present the alternative create and logically based on the fact and the investigated information after revising the various points of textual issues(issue of textual contents, issue of textual teaching methode), and to make questions out evenly throughout the corresponding area not focused on the special area or theory. The second examination should be able to evaluate the logicality of hard structure of answer paper, expression skill, rationality of argument development which are not easy to measure in the first examination (selection type).
