The Mediating Effect of Self-directed Learning Ability in the Influence of University Students' Participating in the Learning Community Program Communication Ability on Problem Solving Ability

이 연구의 목적은 학습공동체 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 의사소통능력이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향에서 자기주도학습능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구시에 위치한 K 대학에서 운영하는 학습공동체 프로그램에 참여한 대학생 356명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 방법은 의사소통능력이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한후, 자기주도학습능력의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 학습공동체 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 의사소통능력은 문제해결능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사소통능력이문제해결능력에 미치는 영향에서 자기주도학습능력이 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-directed learning ability in the effect of university students' participating in the learning community program communication ability on problem solving ability. To achieve the purpose of this study, 356 university students participating in the learning community program were surveyed on communication ability, self-directed learning ability, and problem solving ability. The research method conducted multiple regression analysis to find out the effect of communication ability and self-directed learning ability on problem solving ability. The results showed that communication ability had a significant positive effect on problem solving ability. The results showed that self-directed learning ability had a partial mediating effect on the influence of communication ability and problem solving ability.
