맞춤형 학습지원을 위한 학습역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

Development and Validation of the Learning Competency Scale for Customized Learning Support

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 학습역량 강화를 위한 맞춤형 학습지원에 활용할 수 있는 학습역량 진단도구를 개발하여 타당화 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 문헌 연구와 델파이 조사를 통해 학습역량 진단도구 문항의 타당도를 검증한 후, S대학교 재학생 406명의 응답자료를 바탕으로 SPSS/WIN 26.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 더하여, 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 학습역량 진단도구 개발과정을 제시하였다. 본 고를 통해 개발한 맞춤형 학습지원을 위한 학습역량 진단도구는 학습인지 영역(기초학습능력, 학습전략능력), 학습정서 영역(자기효능감, 학습동기, 정서적위기관리), 학습행동 영역(수업참여기술, 학습환경관리)과 같이 3개 영역, 7개 학습역량으로 구성되어 총 70문항으로이루어졌다. 개발한 학습역량 진단도구의 구인타당도와 신뢰도는 적합하였고, 이어 학습역량 진단도구를 개발함으로써 갖는 함의를 제언하였다.

This study aims to develop and validate a scale for learning competencies, intended for use in customized learning support to enhance the learning competencies of university students. After verifying the validity of the learning competency scale items through literature research and Delphi surveys, the response data from 406 students enrolled at S University were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 26.0 and AMOS 22.0. The validity and reliability of the tool were verified, and the development process of the learning competency scale was presented. The learning competency scale developed through this study for customized learning support is composed of three domains and seven learning competencies, including cognitive learning areas(basic learning ability, learning strategy ability), emotional learning areas(self-efficacy, learning motivation, emotional crisis management), and behavioral learning areas(class participation skills, learning environment management), totaling 70 items. The construct validity and reliability of the developed learning competency scale were found to be appropriate, and the study suggested implications arising from the development of this scale.
