신중년 여성의 힐링미술코칭 교육경험에 관한 연구

New Middle-Aged Women’s Healing Art Coaching Education Experience

Objective: This study aims to find out the status of participation in social contribution and job-linked activities of new middle-aged women who have completed the healing art coaching education, and their perception of the healing art coaching education experience through FGI(focus group interview) and training reviews. Methods: The results of the FGI conducted on 8 new middle-aged women who completed the healing art coaching program and had experience in social contribution activities and job-related activities were analyzed, and the training reviews of 40 new middle-aged women who completed the healing art coaching training, were analyzed. Results: As a result of this study, the healing art coaching education is an optimal program for new middle-aged women to engage in social contribution and job-linked activities linked to social welfare services with art coaching capabilities as professional coaches, not simply performing social contribution and job activities as a simple job. Conclusions: This study is expected to be used as basic data for follow-up studies such as providing basic data for social contribution activities of new middle-aged women and establishing a system for job-related education and developing various healing art coaching programs
