예비유아교사의 봉사 관련 연구동향 분석

Research Trends on Preservice Early Childhood Teacher Educational Service

Objective: The purpose of the study is to analyze the research trend related to volunteer work for pre-service early childhood teachers, to provide implications for planning and implementing substantial service, and to explore future research directions. Methods: To this end, papers with more than one candidate listed in the 'Korea Educational Research Information Service (KERIS)' were selected as targets for analysis, and a total of 31 studies were analyzed by period, target, method, and content. Results: The results, of th study are as follows. First, the number of volunteer-related studies for pre-service early childhood teachers was insufficient, but it was confirmed that more than one study per year was conducted from 2010 to 2023. Second, research on pre-service early childhood teachers and principals was the focus. Third, as a research method, qualitative research through content analysis and interviews was most used. Fourth, the research contents appeared in the order of basic research and practical research. Conclusions: Through the results of this study, various studies are continuously required to prepare a systematic operation plan to improve the educational effect of volunteer activities for pre-child well-written.
