This study attempted to objectively grasp the research trend of international transportation and suggest the direction of future international transportation research by conducting a meta-analysis after converting research related to international transportation published in domestic journals into big data. To this end, as a result of conducting topic modeling, research related to international transportation was classified into four topics, and topics by topic were selected as 'company's international transport service', 'subject and target of international transportation', 'international transportation and insurance', and 'risk and responsibility of international transportation'. In the network analysis, the network of keywords could be schematized, and it could be seen that many keywords were connected centering on international transportation, logistics, and trade. International transportation was connected to trade, cargo, services, logistics, and companies, and in particular, many studies including the keywords 'trade', 'freight', and 'logistics' can be seen. 'Aviation' was linked to keywords such as 'service', 'export', and 'logistics', and 'trade' was found to have a large number of papers related to 'freight', 'China', and 'sea'. In addition, it was confirmed that 'China' is the only country among other countries that has a large number of papers connected to various keywords.
