生态翻译学视角下的电影字幕翻译

Translation Study of Film Subtitles from the Perspective of Eco-translatology: Taking Chang An as an Example

生态翻译学认为，在语言、文化、交际等这一互联互动整体的制约下，译者应适应翻译生态环境并合理选择翻译策略，从而达到翻译生态平衡。作为文学翻译的类型之一，电影字幕翻译也是促进中国文化走出去的有效途径。本文以电影《长安三万里》（Chang An）为例，探讨了生态翻译学的“三维转换”在字幕英译中的应用，指出译者不仅要考虑字幕翻译与一般文学作品翻译的共性，更要适应其特殊性，在翻译时注意两种语言在语言维、文化维和交际维层面的转换，助力于跨文化交际。

Eco-translatology holds that, under the constraints of language, culture, and communication in the interactive context, translators should adapt to the translation ecological environment and choose translation strategies reasonably, in order to achieve translation ecological balance. As one of the genres of literary translation, film subtitle translation is also an effective way to promote Chinese culture to go global. Taking the film Chang An as an example, this paper discusses the application of the “three-dimensional transformation” of Ecotranslatology in subtitle translation. It points out that translators should not only consider the commonalities between translation of subtitle and general literature, but also adapt to its specificities, and pay attention to the transformation of the two languages in terms of linguistic, cultural and communicative dimensions, so as to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
