A Study on Translation Strategies in the Japanese Translation of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

党政文献翻译一直是外宣工作的重要组成部分，《习近平谈治国理政》是党政文献的集大成之作，是习近平总书记关于中国治理和国家发展理念的重要著作，详细阐述了中国特色社会主义的新时代理论体系。本文将以《习近平谈治国理政》的第一卷日文版为主要研究对象，采用功能主义目的论为理论框架，重点分析作品中出现的各种词句的翻译策略。

Translation of party and government documents has always been an important part of external propaganda work. Xi Jinping: The Governance of China is a collection of party and government documents. It is an important work by General Secretary Xi Jinping on China’s governance and national development concepts. It elaborates on the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. This article takes the Japanese version of the first volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China as the main research object, adopt Skopos teleology as the theoretical framework, and focus on analyzing the translation strategies of various words and phrases that appear in the work.
