결혼이주여성의 지역사회 정체성이 지역사회적응에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Marriage Migrant Women's Reginal Adaptation on Reginal Identity

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 지역사회정체성 확립과 지역사회적응 방안을 모색하여, 결혼이주여성이 한국 지역사회에서 타자화된 개인으로서가 아니라 지역사회의 능동적인 참여자로서의 자생·자립할 수 있는 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록하기 위해 경상북도 농촌지역 베트남 출신 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 양적방법인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 결혼이주여성의 지역사회적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회인구학적 변인으로는 학력과 지역사회정체성 요인 중 지역관여도, 정서적 유대감, 지역신뢰도 인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정서적 유대감이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 결혼이주여성들이 지역사회에 잘 적응하기 위해서는 지역민들과 정서적 유대감을 가질수 있는 다양한 기회와 방법을 지역민들과 함께 모색하는 방안이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is ways to establish the community identity of marriage migrant women and to adapt to the community, so that marriage migrant women can live a self-sustaining and self-sufficient life as an active participant in the community, not as an individual othered in the Korean community. For this purpose, a quantitative survey was conducted targeting marriage migrant women from Vietnam in rural areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Summarizing the results of the study, the factors influencing the community adaptation of marriage migrant women were socio-demographic variables such as educational background and community identity among factors such as regional involvement, emotional bond, and regional trust. In particular, emotional bonding was found to have a significant effect. Therefore, in order for marriage migrant women to adapt well to the local community, it is necessary to seek various opportunities and methods to have emotional bonds with the local residents.
