방문객 리뷰의 감성분석을 활용한 생태관광지 이미지 연구

A Study on the Image of Ecotourism Site Using Sentiment Analysis of Visitors' Reviews: Jeju Special Self-Governing Province's Geomun Oreum

본 연구는 생태관광지의 이미지를 분석하기 위하여 제주특별자치도의 거문오름 방문객들의 댓글을 활용한 감성분석을 실시하였다. 거문오름 방문 경험이 있는 방문객들의 댓글을 텍스트로 정리하고, 언어 네트워크 분석으로 연결성을 확인하였다. 감성분석 결과 부정적 주제어로 ‘슬픔’, ‘분노’, ‘거부감’에 대한 의견이 높았고, 세부적으로는 ‘힘들다’, ‘아쉽다’, ‘불친절하다’는 의견이 높았다. 긍정적 주제어의 감성분석 결과 ‘호감’, ‘흥미’, ‘기쁨’의 의견이 높았고, 세부적으로는 ‘추천’, ‘좋다’, ‘친절하다’, ‘아름답다’는 의견이 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 생태관광지의 자원이나 보존 정도에 따라 긍정적 이미지와 부정적 이미지가 나뉠 것이라는 예상과는 달리 생태관광지 운영요소에 따라 이미지가 형성되는 경우가 많다는 것이 확인되었다. 즉, 제도를 이해하고 세계자연유산해설사의 만족도가 높은 경우 긍정적 이미지가 형성되는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 생태관광지가 자원과 환경의 보존 뿐만 아니라 관광대상으로서의 역할에 대해서도 관리가 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 향후 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 생태관광지의 역할에 대한 다양한 논의와 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, conducted an emotional analysis using the comments of visitors to Geomunoreum in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to analyze the image of ecotourism sites. The comments of visitors who have visited Geomunoreum were organized into texts, and the connection was confirmed by language network analysis. As a result of the sentiment analysis, opinions on 'sad', 'anger', and 'disobjection' were high as negative subject words, and in detail, opinions on 'tough', 'sad', and 'unfriendly' were high. As a result of the sentiment analysis of positive subject words, opinions such as 'favor', 'interest', and 'joy' were high, and in detail, opinions such as 'recommendation', 'good', 'kind', and 'beautiful' were high. Through this study, it was confirmed that images are often formed according to the operating elements of ecotourism sites, contrary to the expectation that positive and negative images will be divided according to the resources or degree of preservation of ecotourism sites. In other words, when the system is understood and the satisfaction of the World Heritage commentator is high, a positive image is formed, which means that ecotourism sites need to be managed not only for the preservation of resources and the environment but also for their role as tourism targets. In the future, various discussions and studies on the role of ecotourism sites are expected to be needed based on the results of this study.
