Research on Cultivating New Type of Professional Farmers in China: A Case Study of “Shared Rice Field” in Guanzhai Township, Yunnan Province

近些年党中央对新型职业农民培育高度重视并多次下发文件。为进一步巩固脱贫攻坚成果，推进乡村振兴，培育一支“懂生产、有技术、会经营”的新型职业农民队伍具有紧迫性。利用田野调查法，选取云南省文山州丘北县官寨乡作为田野点，对其“共享稻田”项目实施现状及新型职业农民培育现状进行调研后发现：当地职业农民技能主要由宣传技能、营销技能、企业管理技能、耕种管理技能和种植技能组成，并形成了校企合作的培育路径。未来，当地可从拓宽培训渠道方面对丘北官寨“共享稻田”模式下新型职业农民的培育路径进行改善。

In recent years, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the cultivation of new type of professional farmers and issued several documents. In order to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization, it is urgent to cultivate a new type of professional farmer team that knows production, has technology and can manage. By using the field investigation method, Guanzhai Township, Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, was selected as a field site to investigate the implementation status of the “Shared Rice Field” project and the cultivation status of new type of professional farmers. It was found that the skills of local professional farmers mainly consisted of propaganda skills, marketing skills, enterprise management skills, farming management skills and planting skills, and formed a cultivation path for school-enterprise cooperation. In the future, the local government can improve the cultivation path of new type of professional farmers under the “shared rice field” model in Guanzhai Township, Qiubei County from the aspect of broadening training channels.
